Neighborhood Spotlight: Tavistock Farms

Welcome to Tavistock Farms in Leesburg! Tavistock had a rough start in the beginning but has turned out to be a very nice neighborhood. Originally a farm for over 100 years Tavistock was sold and resold several times before Arcadia Development purchased the property and finally broke ground in early 1994. The community has 305 single-family homes with 213 town home units. The prices in Tavistock are some of the best in the Leesburg, Ashburn, Loudoun area( see CMA). Most of the single-family homes range in price from the low $400,000 to $500,000. The townhouses are a great value ranging in the $200,000 for the smaller unites to the low $300,000 for the one-car garage brick fronts. This community has an active HOA and tons of amenities. Including pool, tennis court, walking trails (W&OD path runs parallel to the community). There are tons of community events for both the little ones and adults. Located right off the Greenway and only steps away from schools and shopping this neighborhood gets an A+ for location!
