Neighborhood Spotlight: Exeter Leesburg, Va There are few communities in the Loudoun County area that have more history surrounding them then Exeter in Leesburg. The historical Exeter dates back to the pre Civil War era. First as a major camp site and trading route then as a Civil War encampment and plantation.
