This week’s spotlight will be Evergreen Meadows. This community is located just south of Leesburg and features an all-single family home community with lots of amenities for everyone. The homes were built by Richmond American between 2001 and 2007. The square footage for the homes ranges from 2,100-4,200 sq feet. Most of the lots are on at least .25-.35 of an acre.
