We put a contract on a Goose Creek Village townhouse and are looking forward to moving into our new home this Spring.  Centex/Pulte has been great to work with and we got an amazing deal with incentives on our townhouse. I wanted to let you know that your comment that, “Centex and Pulte are only offering two different floor plans” is not completely accurate.  They are currently selling the Kenwood and Stratton floor plans with rear-load 2 car garages at around 2,000 square feet, which is correct.  There is also a 2,400 square foot model with a 2 car front-load garage in phase 1 that will be sold in phase 2.  Additionally, condos will be part of the 700 residential units in the Goose Creek Village community.  We are excited to see the village come to shape in this lovely location!</description>

Regarding the traffic, are you suggesting that Belmont Green and Brambelton have significant advantages over Goose Creek? Can you get to 28 or toll road quicker from those two places compared to Goose Creek?
I take 28 every day, You can get to Loudoun County Pkwy in 5 to 10 mins which is where you get stuck. Any new development in Ashburn will face the same problem. This is not specific to Goose Creek.</description>
